Ingredients:

Melatonin 5mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, glycerin, citric acid, potassium sorbate, xylitol, blueberry flavour, sodium hydroxide.

Directions:

Adults: Take 1-2 ml, 1 time per day at or before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not drive machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.

Cautions:

Do not use if safety seal is broken. Consult a healthcare professional if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
