This is one very cool microphone! The UEM-81S is a pre-polarised supercardioid shotgun condenser microphone designed to be tremendously versatile, live or in the studio. Switchable between "Voice" and "Music" modes for different response, tailored towards vocals and instruments respectively. Powered by 1x AA battery and has On/Off switch.

Rock solid, made in Japan and comes with original, fitted wind sock. Response 20Hz - 20kHz. Two small holes have been drilled into the casing at some stage but do not affect the functionality or performance of the microphone.
